For Rose and Shrub Care: Dilute Rose & Shrub Enhancer at the rate of 4 to 6 oz. per gallon of fresh water and apply to roses or shrubs and ground surrounding the roses and shrubs.
As a foliar spray: Use the same formula and place in spray bottle and apply it the the roses and shrubs.
